The traditional roof caving method will cause overburden displacement and surface subsidence,which will result in the destruction of upper-layer tunnel,land resource,road bridge,house pipeline and so on.In addition,the general treatment method of the stone of the mining area to the exploitation of the upper well is to accumulate on the ground to form the stone mountain,the most direct is the land resource is occupied,and through the long-term weathering,the stone mountain is also an important source of the surrounding environment pollution.The invention can be used as a support for replacing the underground structure after the coal is replaced,the displacement of the upper cover layer is reduced,the output of the coal resources can be increased,and the discharge of the coal mine on the ground solid waste can be reduced,Protect the ecological environment around the mining area,can also liberate the "three times" of coal resources.Moreover,the research on various technologies of wind filling and mining of gangue plays an important role in the popularization and application of filling mining.Therefore,the comprehensive mechanization of wind fill mining technology has important theoretical research significance and engineering practice value.Based on the engineering background of 4013 working face of Ticshannan Coal Mine,this paper studies the filling mining technology of fully mechanized mining face of protective pillar medium thick coal seam by means of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,engineering practice and field measurement.Firstly,through the study and analysis of coal gangue gradation and compression characteristics,the compression rate of coal gangue with different particle size and gradation and the variation of compression rate with pressure are obtained.In addition,the numerical simulation software FLAC is used to simulate and calculate the influence of overburden rock deformation,failure and stress environment under the conditions of gangue filling mining and all caving mining conditions on the return air adit,which provides the basis for field mining and adit support.Finally,according to the The site condition of the working face is designed for the filling and mining of the wind-driven stone,and the position and the mode of the rail transportation system,the turning-over breaking and storage system,the powder-carrying belt transportation system,the filling station system and the filling pipeline system are determined,the 4013 working face machine lane is analyzed through the on-site observation,The stability effect of the upper level coal pillar is verified,and the rationality and the scientificity of the design of the full-mechanized face filling and mining technology of the thick coal seam in the coal pillar are verified.
