Facing the problem of expensive and inefficient backfilling mining in thelong-wall face, based on the geological conditions of10203working face inXinyang coal mine,start with the optimization of material ratio、building of themechanics model、the numerical simulation and the construction of backfillingsystem, by laboratory experiments, theoretical analysis, numerical simulationand field measurement methods combined with each other, I make a series ofstudies.Firstly, in order to study the overburden of the strip filling in longwall face,I put forward the concept of structure filling by leaning the theory of key strataand theory of elastic foundation beam. The filling area behind the longwall faceis divided into two typical regions, it is analysised that the impact of the typicalstructure different regions on the underground pressure and roofcontrol,enhancing the understanding of mining of strip filling, promotingin-depth study of the theory of structural fill.Secondly, based on the analysis of the chemical composition of the mineralback-filling raw materials, response surface regression models were performed to investigate the influence that cement content, fine gangue rate and waterreducer content and the three factors on filling material mechanical propertieswith different curing period and the transport properties of paste. Establishedthe relationship of compressive strength of different curing period between thecylinder specimen and the cube specimen and satisfaction function method areused to optimize the ratio of filling materials.Thirdly, the Numerical Simulation Software of FLAC3D is used to analyzethe changes of surface deformation and the support pressure in working facefor the different volume filling. The result show that, With the increase of thevolume filling rate, the maximum surface subsidence, horizontal movementvalue, horizontal deformation, tilt, and curvature respectively from500mm,173mm,4.65mm/m,2.8mm/m,0.043X10-3/m to67mm,23mm,0.32mm/m,0.36mm/m,0.005X10-3/m. When the strip filling method is using, because of thesupport strips, and the overburden may form a certain structure in the process ofpromoting, making the surface deformation in line with "the building, water, railand main pillar for roadway and Coal Mining procedures "requirements.Finally, Combined with the geological conditions of10203woke face inXinyang coal mine, identified the filling capacity of back filling in the Longwallface, determined the system of waste rock crushing, the system of mixing ratio,pipeline pumping system and filling effect evaluation systems by the fillingcapacity, making sure the process of grafting tube rapidly.
