Under the condition of ultra-high pressure,materials will produce new characteristics.In order to pursue and study these characteristics,the development of ultra-high pressure technology is promoted.In the research of ultra-high pressure test,as an important component,the mold needs to be able to withstand the huge pressure in the working environment.By winding high strength steel wire on the pressure cylinder,the steel wire winding prestressed die can exert preload on the cylinder,which can effectively increase the bearing capacity of the die.1.According to the characteristics of wire winding prestressed die,this paper designs a kind of wire winding device,introduces and analyzes the functional characteristics of each mechanism,and makes structural design for each mechanism.The working process of wire winding device is summarized.According to the working requirements of winding device,the parameter calculation and selection of key components are carried out.2.The tension of steel wire is mainly provided by the hydraulic system in the tension regulating mechanism.The main components of the hydraulic system are introduced,and the mathematical model is built.The transfer function of the hydraulic system is obtained.The accuracy of the transfer function is verified by simulation software.3.Taking the hydraulic control system of tension regulating mechanism as the research object,the PID control scheme is designed,and three correction coefficients Kp,Ki and Kd of the controller are selected by trial and error method.Through modeling and simulation,the response curves of the system to different signals under the conditions of no PID control and with PID control are compared and analyzed.The conclusion is that the response speed of the system after adding PID control is obvious But because the parameters are obtained by trial and error method,the control effect of this system is better than that of other systems,and the adaptability of PID control is not good.4.In view of the poor adaptability of PID control,fuzzy control theory is added to form fuzzy PID control.Through modeling and simulation,the response curves of the system to the signal without PID control,with PID control and with fuzzy PID control are compared and analyzed.The conclusion is that the fuzzy PID control has faster response speed,good adaptability and can improve the control ability of the system.Figure[56]table[10]reference[90]...
