Composite material is a new type material, which is composed two or more kinds of different properties materials in a proper way. Compared with tradition metal material, it has many prominent merits and fine performances.Fiber winding composite material device have been applied in many field, but technology mainly concentrate in gyrating production ,many devices correspond to them, therefore special demanding no-gyrating fiber winding technology is new phase, few equipments correspond to them, but it's advantage in process composite material is very well, so it's applied foreground must is widely by widely.This paper base someone type helicopter tail airscrew vane machining device, finished following task:First, analyzing composite material's property, machining process and usual characteristic of device that machining composite material and phylogeny of machining technology, forecasting technology trend of machining composite material.Next, analyzing the structure of vane, use no- gyrating fiber winding technology to process it;Analyzing rule of no- gyrating fiber winding technology, founded mathematics model of motion and strength that no- gyrating round fiber winding.Next, according as no- gyrating round fiber winding theory and concrete request of vane, analyzing the winding technics, found the mathematics model of tension control system.Next, discussing structuring truth of tension control system, designing that PLC control AC servo-system, achieve may control no- gyrating round fiber winding motion;the tension control system using permanent-magnet DC torque motor and press sensor and tension controller as executive component is designed, it can real time and on-line measure and adjust tension of beforehand dip material of winding;computed transfer function of tension control system., design the control arithmetic of integral apart digital PID adjust every parameter of system.Next, using the RS-232C protocol to achieve the communication between epigyny unit and hypogyny unit, finish design of data collecting and edit which tension control software.Final, design experiment equipment, the system is simulated and emulated.
