Gear,as a mechanical part with large bearing capacity,high transmission accuracy and constant transmission power,has the advantages of high reliability and long service life.It is an essential part in the comprehensive transmission system of metallurgical hoisting machinery.The relative sliding of the contact surface often exists between the gear pairs,so the wear is inevitable.Excessive tooth surface wear will not only reduce transmission accuracy and transmission efficiency,but also cause additional impact and noise,and even cause tooth fracture and damage.Therefore,the study of gear wear is of great significance for the safety and life prediction of metallurgical crane reducer.Firstly,taking the involute straight tooth cylindrical gear in ZSC-400 vertical reducer as the research object,this paper constructs the Archard calculation model and the cragelski calculation model,simulates the wear of each point of the tooth profile by using the numerical calculation method,and calculates with the help of Matlab software,and obtains the service life of each gear and each gear by observing and analyzing the fitted curve Then,based on the Archard calculation model,the allowable wear on the tooth surface is set,and the basic parameters such as the number of teeth,module,transmission ratio distribution are changed.Based on the speed,torque and other power transmission relations,the wear life of the gears is explored In order to achieve the same amount of wear of the driving wheel and the driven wheel,the modification coefficient is introduced.Finally,using the computer software Workbench to simulate the gear wear process,the relationship curve between the wear amount and time and the contact stress nephogram of the gear surface are obtained,and the correctness of the relationship between the basic parameters of the gear and the wear amount trend is verified.
