At present, high temperature blasting in fire area is a major technology and safety bottleneck in coal mining. There is no special heat-resistant explosive and technology to deal with it in China. In this paper,in view of the fact that the existing scientific thermal analysis methods use less charge, the simulation of high temperature blast hole and constant temperature oven heating analysis method are proposed. This method is used to evaluate and analyze the heat resistance behavior of ammonium oil explosive and emulsion explosive with different additives. The experimental results are comparable with the general scientific instrument method. At the same time, the method is more consistent with the actual situation of high temperature of civil explosives, and the experimental results are more reliable. In this paper, the effects of different additives on the thermal decomposition of ANFO and emulsion explosives are analyzed by means of micro calorimetry(C80)analysis,large charge constant temperature oven thermal analysis and Simulation of high temperature blast hole, and the effectiveness of the experimental method proposed in this paper is illustrated. The conclusions are as follows(1)The heat resistance behavior of the explosive samples obtained by the method of simulating high temperature blast hole and constant temperature heating proposed in this paper is comparable with the experimental results of C80.(2)The temperature time curve and heating rate proposed in this paper can be used to evaluate the heat resistance of samples.(3)Compared with C80 thermal analysis method, the experimental method in this paper has the advantages of large sample size(tens to hundreds of grams),and the experimental conditions are close to the actual situation of high temperature blasting, and the test results are more reliable.Figure [16] table [16] reference [66]...
