The ammonium nitrate source is wide,the price is cheap,oxygen rich,good safety,it is made with more powerful explosive,sense of moderate,so it has been widely used in industrial explosives.In the long-term production,storage,transport process,ammonium nitrate explosive will rapidly or slowly decomposes.Which leads to the explosive internal heat accumulated gradually.Because of nitramon itself contains combustible agent and oxidant,and isolated in the absence of oxygen is also possible by decomposition into combustion or explosion.The explosive production and application are extremely negative.Therefore,the research on the thermal decomposition of ammonium nitrate explosive under the action of the safe storage and transportation has important practical significance.In order to understand the heat resistance of industrial explosive,decomposition rules to better grasp the ANFO heat.This paper adopts C80 micro calorimeter,ARC calorimeter,decomposition characteristics of simple constant temperature oven heating method for large quantity of ANFO heat are analyzed and studied.The results show that:1)adding marble powder and Na2SO4,starting on the ANFO explosive decomposition temperature enhanced greatly,the addition of 5%marble powder and Na2SO4 make the initial ANFO decomposition temperature increased by 58.97 degrees and 58.83 degrees,with 10%marble powder and Na2SO4 respectively compared with the addition of 5%increase 25.81 degrees and 25.29 degrees.This shows that with the addition of marble powder and Na2SO4 increased its initial decomposition temperature will be greatly improved.Adding marble powder and Na2SO4 can make the initial exothermic time delay 12.15min and 12.56min.while adding marble powder and Na2SO4 after initiation of extrapolation of ANFO decomposition temperature has little effect.It reduces heat per unit mass,but the range is small.Therefore,we can add a certain amount of ANFO in the marble powder and Na2SO4 to improve the thermal stability of ANFO.2)the addition of additive X can be extrapolated onset temperature of ANFO increased by 18.36 degrees,in charge of the experiment in a constant temperature of 240 degrees,adding 5%additive X can make ANFO initial decomposition of time delay of 35.84 min.which greatly increases the emergency treatment time.At the same time,adding 5%additive X to ammonium oil explosive the unit of heat release increased 561.18kJ/g,which means that additive X can not only reduce the ANFO detonation performance,but can improve the detonation performance,the ammonium oil engineering application and storage are very meaningful.3)the addition of NH4Cl to 12.01 degrees and 22.16 degrees to reduce the decomposition temperature and initial temperature were extrapolated onset of ANFO.In a large dose of constant temperature of 240 degrees in the experiment,the addition of 5%NH4Cl to start the ANFO explosive decomposition time ahead of the 13.27min.which is not conducive to emergency treatment.At the same time,adding 5%NH4Cl to ANFO unit heat reduced 494.71kJ/g,indicating that the addition of NH4Cl will reduce the ANFO detonation performance.4)by the simple constant temperature.complex environment oven heating experiment data with C80 calorimeter and ARC calorimeter data are compared with the latter the former can see the trend of the data to maintain a good consistency.This shows that our laboratory developed the simple heat measuring device is scientific.The data is credible,the operation is simple.
