High hardness,high strength and other difficult to process materials micro hole structure are widely used in instrumentation,medical equipment,precision molds,aerospace and other fields.The use of traditional processing methods,it is difficult to high efficiency,high precision and high surface quality of micro hole machining for difficult to process materials.In this study,the Tesla turbine principle and the electron hydraulic jet machining technology are combined to propose the electrode high speed rotating electro hydraulic jet machining method,which solves the problem of high speed rotation of the electrode and applies this method to study the micro hole machining of the titanium alloy.It is of certain significance and practical value for the study of high efficient,high precision and deep micro hole machining of difficult to machining materials.(1)The design of electrode high speed rotating electrolyte jet machining equipment based on Tesla turbine driving principle and electrolyte jet machining technology,the high speed rotating electrolyte jet machining experiment platform was built and the experiment of electrode speed rotating electrolyte jet machining micro hole was carried out.(2)Analyze of internal fluid-solid coupling on the machining device,will be as a guide for text conducted by the results of analysis.(3)The orthogonal test was carried out on the micro hole machining of Ti60 thin-walled parts,and the reasonable process parameters were obtained to improve the surface quality of the micro hole:When the initial machining gap is 0.1mm and the pulse spacing is 80?s,with the decrease of the tube electrode diameter,appropriate to reduce the machining current and the pressure of working liquid can improve the quality of micro hole machining.(4)Carried out Ti60 thick plate parts of the deep micro hole processing test,to verify the electrode speed rotating electrolyte jet machining method of machining capacity.
