Research On The Design Of Household Fitness Equipment Based On User Experience

Enhancing physical fitness through physical exercise has increasingly become a need of our People's Daily life.With the formation of the concept of good health in China and the gradual improvement of people's living quality,fitness has gradually become a choice for residents to exercise themselves and enhance their physical fitness.With the improvement of the quality of life,the pace of people's life is also gradually accelerated,and family fitness has become an interest of many people.Doing exercise at home is convenient and efficient,and can relax the body and mind and improve the quality of life.However,at present,there are some common situations in the market of household fitness equipment such as single function,lack of human-computer interaction and poor user experience.This paper takes household dumbbell as an example,combines user experience,ergonomics and other relevant data research,and takes attitude sensor,pressure sensor,SCM system board,wireless transcendence module,power supply,LED lamp and other devices as the hardware basis.Through the sensing equipment of hardware,combined with the real-time monitoring and analysis of smartphone APP,The exercise movement,movement track and movement data of users in the process of using dumbbells are analyzed and presented visually on the mobile phone.In the aspect of function modeling,combined with user experience and ergonomics,the human-machine-environment of household dumbbell(human-dumbbell-family)is analyzed and designed to improve user experience.Through theoretical analysis and practical design,the current common hardware equipment of motion measurement and home fitness equipment are combined,and based on user experience,the new hardware of motion recording products can be used in home fitness.To promote the diversity,intelligence and amiability of household fitness.
