According to the prediction report of the National Working Committee on aging,China is entering an aging society at a fast speed,with an average annual growth of about 10 million.The number of the elderly is huge and on the rise,and more and more elderly people tend to choose pension institutions to spend their pension life.The public's attention to the elderly living in nursing homes is not only reflected in their daily life,but also reflected in enhancing their physical fitness.Based on the user experience theory,this paper studies the design of public fitness facilities for the elderly in nursing homes.By improving the user experience of the product,it can help the elderly keep healthy physiological function and reduce the generation of negative psychological emotions.Starting from the physiological and psychological needs of elderly users in nursing homes,we can meet their emotional experience demands,so as to improve the humanized design of public fitness facilities for elderly users in nursing homes.According to the medical theory and knowledge,scientifically plan the action route,make clear the functional division of the overall exercise scene,and make the exercise space clear.Persuasive design is used to create the interesting experience of the product,establish the closeness between the product and the elderly users in the nursing home,and enhance the safety,ease of use and comfort of the elderly exercise facilities in the nursing home.This topic selects the design of public fitness facilities for the elderly in nursing homes as the starting point,and designs the public fitness facilities for the elderly in nursing homes from the perspective of user experience.First of all,on the basis of the research on the exercise requirements of the elderly,this paper classifies the existing public fitness facilities,and discusses the characteristics of the existing products.Second,it investigates and analyzes the elderly in the nursing home,establishes a typical user portrait,and observes the user's behavior habits when using the public fitness facilities on the spot.Third,it uses aeiou user observation analysis method and scenarios The story method makes a comprehensive analysis of the user's life scene,and on this basis,establishes a user experience model to comprehensively summarize the pain points of the user in the process of exercise;finally,according to the previous research,puts forward the design specification of rehabilitation exercise equipment,carries out the scheme design,and completes a more complete design of public fitness facilities for the elderly in the nursing home.This project design practice works use systematic design method to plan the overall exercise scene and public fitness facilities for the elderly in the nursing home,to create the "elderly paradise" exercise atmosphere.The arc-shaped exercise scene includes upper limb exercise facilities,back exercise facilities and lower limb exercise facilities.According to different exercise needs,the leisure corridor is used to separate the exercise facilities,so as to make the partition clear and the exercise route clear.In the design scheme,the central control system of fitness facilities is combined with the database of the health status of the elderly in the nursing home to record the exercise frequency and intensity of the elderly,so that the elderly can exercise reasonably.The significance of this topic is to enhance the sense of experience of elderly people using facilities for exercise,improve the number of active exercise for elderly users,create a relaxed and comfortable environment for elderly users,and promote the renewal of public fitness facilities for the elderly.
