For the steel industry,compared with the long process converter steelmaking with molten iron as raw material,the short process electric furnace steelmaking with scrap steel as raw material has obvious advantages in energy saving and emission reduction.Foreign countries have formed a more reasonable and efficient scrap recycling system,and some large domestic steel enterprises are gradually improving their own scrap reverse logistics recycling network.The scrap product itself has a lot of characteristics,such as the uneven quality of scrap,the wide distribution of location,and the uncertainty of the quantity of scrap.Therefore,in the design of recycling network,we should take into account the uncertainty factors of recycling network design brought by the characteristics of scrap.Based on this,this thesis is under this background to carry out research on the representative site selection of the recycling processing center of Baowu Steel Shanghai base in China,considering that the uncertain factors of the recycling network design caused by the characteristics of the scrap steel should be taken into account in the design of the recycling network.In this thesis,the business distribution,processing status and recycling mode of Baowu steel company are analyzed.It is pointed out that there are some problems in the recycling processing center,such as the lack of processing capacity,the inability to meet the future demand and the unreasonable current flow distribution,resulting in the increase of logistics cost.Next,it analyzes the uncertain factors of the location of the recycling machining center in the iron and steel company,and introduces the uncertain modeling methods,especially the location optimization theory of this thesis is the minimum and maximum regret method of robust deviation optimization theory.The uncertainty considered in the study of location model is the uncertainty of demand caused by the continuous change of inventory days,and the scenario is used to describe the uncertainty,and the grey prediction method is used to predict the future scrap demand of Baowu steel in Shanghai area,to determine the scrap demand under different changing scenarios.Finally,the deviation optimization theory of minimum and maximum regret value is used to establish the location model,and lingo software is used to get the optimal location scheme to determine the construction location of the scrap recycling processing center,and the results are tested.The results show that the location results under the model have strong robustness.
