Research On The Recycling Center Location Of G Company In Chengdu

With the popularity of electronic products,the speed of electronic product replacement is accelerating,and the elimination of waste electronic products is huge.These waste electronic products usually contain some substances that are extremely harmful to the environment,such as lead,mercury,plastics,etc.If these substances are not properly treated,they will cause great damage to the environment and ultimately endanger human health.On the other hand,if these waste electronic products can be effectively recycled and properly disposed,it can not only reduce pollution,but also protect the environment.Moreover,these waste electronic products are rich in raw materials,and a large amount of materials can be obtained by reasonable recycling,so that resources can be reused and resource utilization can be improved.Therefore,effective recycling of used electronic products is of great significance.Based on this background,this paper combs the relevant research status at home and abroad.The basic concepts and theoretical basis of the location of the waste TV recycling center were elaborated.After analyzing the reverse logistics system and recycling mode of used TV sets,it is concluded that the location of the waste TV recycling center plays an important role in the future development of G Company.This paper takes the site selection of the recycling center of the waste TV of G Company as the research object,and explored the site selection process of the recycling center.The process includes the construction of the G company recycling center model and the application of the G company recycling center.The location of the recycling center is mainly from the perspective of corporate interests,which is suitable for site selection and maximum revenue.The location of the G company recycling center is divided into two steps: the first step is to use the factor analysis method for preliminary site selection.According to the main factors of the location selection of the recycling center,an index system was constructed.The data of the index system was analyzed and calculated by SPSS,and the score F of each region of Chengdu was obtained.According to the score F in Chengdu in the 20 districts of the city,Jianyang City,Shuangliu District and Longquanyi District were selected as alternative addresses for recycling center.In the second step,establish the location model,and the final destination is performed with the maximum benefit as the objective function.Through the constructed location model,the net income of each region,which as a recycling center,is calculated.Comparing the net income of the three recycling center alternative areas obtained at the initial site,Shuangliu District has the largest net income,and finally choose the recycling center of G Company in the Shuangliu District.
