The rotor is the core part of the air compressor.With the expansion of the application range of the air compressor,the hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the rotor are more and more demanding.As a hard coating of multi-component nitride,AlCrN coating has high hardness and good wear resistance.It is widely used in surface protection of engineering structural parts.On the basis of simulation and experimental research,the microstructure,friction and wear properties and corrosion resistance of rotor surface AlCrN coating are studied by using multi-arc ion coating technology AlCrN coating on rotor surface.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The AlCrN coating,TiN coating and CrN coating were optimized on the rotor surface,we emphatically analyzed the influence of N2 flow and bias on the performance of the coating,and the optimal preparation scheme of the coating was determined.(2)The fluid-solid coupling finite element analysis of AlCrN coating rotor structure is carried out based on ANSYS.The variation law of strain,stress,flow field pressure and flow field velocity is analyzed.The simulation results show that the maximum displacement of the rotor is 2.4148 e-002 mm,which appears at the rotor line of the exhaust section of the negative rotor.The deformation is small and the AlCrN coating does not peel off.The rotor Mises stress range is 0.659Mpa—7.446Mpa,and the AlCrN coating does not crack.The flow field pressure is proportional to the rotor speed.When the speed is 3000rpm,the maximum flow field pressure is 7.710e+03pa,the maximum flow field velocity is 1.010e+02ms-1,Its value does not reach the critical value of causing eddy current,and the air disturbance is not enough to form irregular small gas circulation.The pressure and velocity of the flow field in the compression section of the yin-yang rotor are large,which is the most easily exfoliated position of the coating.The coating quality is particularly important here.(3)On the basis of microstructural analysis of AlCrN coating on rotor surface of QT600 air compressor,cemented carbide ball was selected as grinding pair to test friction and wear of rotor surface AlCrN coating.The friction behavior and wear mechanism of rotor and its AlCrN coating were studied.(4)The corrosion resistance of rotor surface and AlCrN coating of QT600 air compressor was studied.The corrosion phenomenon of the surface before and after the coating was compared.The results showed that the coating showed passivation phenomenon,but the electrode potential region was "pseudo-passivation" region.The frequency-phase angle curve of the coating is close to-70° in the medium-frequency domain,and its charge transfer resistance is much higher than that of the substrate,which has good corrosion resistance.
