| At present,laser levels is the equipment that provides horizontal and vertical standard calibration in construction industry and electromechanical equipment installation industry.Low calibration accuracy,complicated calibration procedures and human factors are common shortcomings of most laser levels at present.The lack of R&D of automatic production equipment in laser levels is the reason why the output of domestic laser levels production enterprises cannot be increased,the labor cost remains high,and enterprises rely on labor-intensive production methods for a long time.Therefore,at present,the major manufacturers in laser levels need to upgrade the intelligent automation of laser levels industry.This article mainly studies the laser module calibration process in the process of assembling laser levels.One of them is to ensure that the existing standards of laser levels structure remain unchanged when designing the automatic calibration system with programmable logic controller(PLC)as the control core.This system,which is composed of laser detection targets with charge-coupled device(CCD)array as the core,will collect laser levelness and verticality offsets and input them to PLC.At the same time,the adjustment amount of stepping motor will be calculated by PLC,and then the rotation angle and number of turns of adjusting screws of laser module will be adjusted,Among them,the locating and transposition of the adjusting screw of the laser module is mainly accomplished by the three-dimensional coordinate positioning system.The purpose of laser levelness and perpendicularity is to control the orthogonal accuracy within the error range of 2,and the horizontal accuracy and vertical accuracy of laser module within the error range of ±0.2mm,which is mainly accomplished by modifying PID control system.Among them,CCD detection,modular step-by-step initial adjustment,orthogonal unified adjustment and PID fine-tuning constitute the overall workflow of the system.Domestic Mitsubishi FX3U programmable controller,57 series two-phase stepping motor and TCD1206SUP linear CCD sensor are all components of the system prototype.When testing the performance test required by the laser module calibration process,the robustness and accuracy of the system meet the standards.Therefore,the problem of large error and high error rate in manual adjustment process in laser levels can be solved by intelligent detection and automatic adjustment process,and at the same time,it can also improve the production efficiency of enterprises,which is the main purpose of this paper. |
