Fluorine material has the advantages of hydrophobicity,oil drainage,corrosion resistance,etc.it is introduced into UV curing system to become fluorine-containing UV curing coating,which not only has the advantages of UV curing coating,but also combines the performance of fluorine material.In this paper,fluorinated polyurethane acrylate oligomer(FUA)was synthesized by fluorinated polyether double ended alcohol(fluorolink E10H)and isoflurone diisocyanate(IPDI),hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA),then polyethylene glycol(PEG),polytetrahydrofuran glycol(PTMG),polycarbonate glycol(PCDL)and E10H were used as soft segments and IPDI.Three fluorinated polyurethane acrylates were synthesized for hard segment.The structure of four polyurethane acrylates was characterized by IR.A series of UV curable coatings were prepared by adding the fluorinated polyurethane acrylate as oligomer into the UV curable coating system.The contact angle,surface tension,water absorption,friction resistance,morphology and surface composition of the UV curable film were studied.The results show that PCDL has good surface properties when it is used as raw material and the amount of fluorine-containing oligomer is 2.4 wt.%.The contact angles of water and n-hexadecane are 114.7° and 69.7%,respectively.The surface tension decreases from 30.8 mN/m to 13.0 mN/m.The contact angle of water is 107.8° after 1000 times of friction with non-woven fabric as friction medium and 500 g load.The results of SEM and EDS show that PCDL has good friction resistance.There is enrichment of fluorine chain on the surface of the film.Further,the PCDL exhibiting the best performance in the previous stage,and the three types of D-type perfluoropolyether mono-terminated alcohol,Y-type perfluoropolyether mono-terminated alcohol,and Y-type perfluoropolyether single-end diol are simultaneously used.The perfluoropolyether alcohol is used as a raw material to synthesize a fluorine-containing urethane acrylate.The prepared fluorine-containing urethane acrylate was added to a UV-curable coating system,and a series of UV-curing coatings were prepared to study the properties of the UV-cured coating film.The results show that the polyurethane acrylate oligomer synthesized from Y-type perfluoropolyether monoterminal diol has the best performance.When its addition amount is 2.4 wt.%,the contact angles of water and n-hexadecane reach 115.3° and 74.1° respectively,and the surface tension is 11.7 mN/m;when the non-woven fabric is used as friction medium and the load is 500 g,the contact angles of water still reach 111.9° after 1000 times of friction.Finally,a series of UV-curable coatings were prepared by adding perfluorohexylethyl acrylate(PFHEA) as an additive to a urethane acrylate photocurable coating system prepared from Y-type perfluoropolyether single-end diol.The effect of the added amount on the performance of the UV-cured coating film.The results show that when the content of PFHEA is 8 wt.%,it has good surface properties,the contact angles of water and n-hexadecane are 120.3° and 82.8° respectively,and the surfac?e tension is 9.0 mN/m;when the non-woven fabric is used as friction medium and the load is 500g,the contact angle still reaches 116.6° after 1000 times of friction,which shows that the film has good friction resistance and mechanical stability.At the same time,the UV transmittance of the coating is more than 100%,which has good light transmittance.The liquid resistance test of the coating shows that the coating has good acid and salt resistance.Finally,a series of UV curing coatings were prepared by adding perfluorohexyl ethyl acrylate(PFHEA)as additive into the optimal UV curing coatings system in the previous stage.The effect of the amount of PFHEA on the performance of UV curing coatings was studied.The results showed that PFHEA had good surface properties when the content of PFHEA was 8 wt.%.The contact angles of water and n-hexadecane were 120.3° and 82.8° respectively,and the surface tension was 9.0 mN/m.When the load is 500g and the friction medium is non-woven fabric,the contact angle reaches 116.6° degrees after 1000 times of friction,which indicates that the coating has good friction resistance and mechanical stability;at the same time,the ultraviolet transmittance of the coating is above 100%,which has good light transmittance;the liquid resistance of the coating is tested,and the results show that the coating has good acid and salt resistance.
