Along with the rapid development of industrialization,the demand for oil in the production activities,for the development of the shallow well basically come to an end,has been the development of production of old Wells basic stability,so people set his sights on difficult use of oil and gas reserves,but with measures for increasing oil production way production has not fundamentally solve the problem of demand.Therefore,the intelligence and automation of underground is the development trend in the future.As the function of modern instrument increases,and tends to be complicated and precise,the number of sensors and actuators in the instrument also increases.Most downhole electronic measuring systems need to be powered by external power sources during the operation of the instrument and require long and reliable operation.During each stage of the field's development,water can be injected from the wellhead into the reservoir through water injection Wells,providing a strong driving force for each reservoir to increase recovery and recovery rates.The traditional water injection method can not solve the contradiction between layers,and the water absorption capacity of each reservoir is different,so the stratified water injection is adopted by more and more oil fields.Most of the existing power supply methods of stratified water injection are cable power supply,whose disadvantage is that the high-temperature and high-pressure environment in the mine makes the cable prone to failure.The other power supply is for batteries,but since they are disposable,they need to be replaced regularly,which increases costs and is not environmentally friendly.This paper is a set of spontaneous power supply and energy storage system designed according to the structure and characteristics of the existing water injection Wells in Shengli Oilfield.Based on the analysis of several existing downhole turbine power generation systems in China and the structural characteristics of water injection Wells,an integrated eccentric turbine generator is designed,and the self-generating closed-loop system of water injection Wells is designed with the generator as the core component.According to the underground space and structure characteristics of water injection well,the guide wheel,turbine and main structure of generator are designed by simulation calculation.Through the theoretical research and simulation calculation of the electromagnetic coupling of the turbine generator,the structure design of the stator winding and permanent magnet of the main body of the generator is completed.And on the analysis of the characteristics related to the load generator on the basis of the electrical characteristics of the generator rectifier voltage regulator circuit as well as the energy storage system and the protection of the research and analysis,the design of the rectifier voltage regulator,current voltage protection,storage management,and other related modules of closed loop power energy storage system,the system has stable output voltage and power,comprehensive protection circuit,and high efficiency of charging and discharging characteristics can effectively meet the needs of injection Wells underground power supply,ensure the measurement and control system in the underground spontaneous electrical safety and stability.
