Research On Prototype Model Of Knitting Standard Body

Along with the development of the knitted apparel industry in China,the use of the fabric and the style of the knitted garments are developed accordingly.Because the elastic characteristics of knitted fabrics and woven fabrics is different,so the structural design of the prototype design and prototype structure of woven garment knitted apparel has a difference.Since the end of the 1990 s,experts and scholars on China's women's knitted apparel prototype is mostly based on the characteristics of Japanese culture prototype pattern and then combined performance of knitted fabric and the appropriate correction.The traditional knitted garments to underwear,and most of the ordinary underwear style change is not,the structural style of the clothing requirements are not particularly high.However,with the development of knitted garments from underwear to a coat,from sports clothes to formal clothing,knitted apparel tend to be personalized,diversified.As well as in the selection of fabrics and colors,sewing process and the corresponding other aspects have a great change.So knitted garments are increasingly accepted and favored,in the market everywhere to see the figure of knitted garments.According to statistics,the market share of knitted garments is more and more large,about 50% of our country,in some developed countries and even more than 65%,knitted apparel has a more and more important position.In recent years,the development of China's knitted apparel industry is extremely rapid,is an international leader in manufacturing and processing,but in some theoretical research and innovation design are compared with the developed countries,there is not a small gap,research in knitting clothing version of the type of relatively small,not deep enough.China's study on women's knitted apparel prototype is the basic change and correction based on the Japanese cultural prototype of the knitted apparel structure design and research of basic theory is still lacking,the knitting clothing prototype theory research and practical application are discussed.In this paper,we select 3 kinds of typical knitted fabrics,which are commonly used in the market,to carry out the three-dimensional cutting experiment.Through the analysis on the same standard size,different fabrics in the same loose,different fabrics in different loose,the same kind of fabric in different parts of a loose knit Weaver prototype size data.Through the comparative analysis of different bust relationship between the amount of each part of the model relaxation experimental data and the circumference of a mathematical relation between prototype,a set of standard 0cm-20 cm chest relaxed knitted skirts of the body.Through the experimental study,comprehensive factor analysis,cluster analysis and other methods of screening and construction of factors,the use of SPSS data analysis software and samples of the trial of the experimental results and the model analysis and verification.The main contents and results are summarized as follows:First of all,the 3 kinds of knitted fabrics of different elastic tensile,and a constant load tensile and constant load tensile test repeatedly,elasticity recovery rate and the rate of plastic deformation characteristics analysis of three aspects of knitted fabric from elastic elongation,elastic,knitted garment draping as experimental basis.Secondly,for cutting experiments in standard units,different amount of relaxation of different fabric bust draping experiment prototype is different,this paper take the amount of 0cm-20 cm per 1cm between the chest relaxed ease to do a set of vertical cutting experiments,each sample collection part dimensions front armhole height and chest width /2,front neck width /2 front neck depth,after the armhole depth,back width /2,back neck depth,neck width after /2 data,so that no province knitting prototype 0cm-20 cm.Finally,analysis of the relationship between the different parts by SPSS software,and finally finds out the relationship between them before the bust,bust ease,establish a set of 0cm-20 cm model system.The establishment of the prototype system of knitting women has broken the boundaries between the fit and loose,which provides some reference for the prototype and loose prototype.It has certain innovation significance and practical value.
