With the emergence of deep well,ultra-deep well,horizontal well and directional well,there are many uncertainties and randomness in drilling engineering,which makes drilling technology more complex.Therefore,there is an urgent need to introduce new technologies to improve drilling performance and efficiency.Optimization of drilling parameters is a core technology in drilling engineering.Intelligent optimization of drilling parameters is the key to achieve high quality,high efficiency and low cost drilling,and it is also the inevitable trend of oilfield management from digital to intelligent development.At present,with the rapid development of information technology,many new optimization methods have emerged.The optimization methods based on big data technology and artificial intelligence have been applied to the field of drilling engineering,which can not only effectively solve the shortcomings of the traditional predictive optimization methods,such as poor accuracy,complex calculation and poor adaptability.It can also promote scientific decision-making,optimize development processes,improve drilling efficiency,reduce production costs,and ensure China's energy security.The research of drilling parameter optimization under big data environment proposed in this paper.Firstly,the key parameters affecting ROP were analyzed.Based on the improved drilling parameter optimization idea,a drilling parameter optimization framework based on big data conditions was designed.Then,in view of the complexity of big data storage,management and sharing,a comprehensive oil service platform is built to realize the digital information construction of oil fields,in order to optimize drilling engineering and reduce drilling costs.Finally,Python tools are used to filter,extract,process and analyze the required drilling data,and intelligent algorithms are used to establish an efficient drilling rate prediction model,so as to optimize drilling rate,optimize drilling parameters,improve drilling efficiency,and lay a foundation for exploring intelligent drilling technology.
