According to the current situation of the Petroleum drilling industry in China,in the background of the concept of benefit-centered,how to improve the efficiency of drilling production is a subject of growing concern.With the growing volume of data in the drilling industry,the traditional data processing method has limitations on the processing of massive drilling data.Therefore,how to use advanced technology to collect,store,and analyze drilling data is of great significance for improving drilling efficiency.It has great potential value to mine useful information contained in massive drilling data by big data technology that it is used to improve drilling efficiency in the drilling industry.And it is also a major research topic in the future drilling technology.In the thesis,big data technology is introduced into the drilling industry.Firstly,it analyzes the application fields and application models of drilling big data technology.Based on the digital construction of drilling,it proposes the idea of optimizing the drilling process by big data technology,and establishes the technology architecture of drilling optimization system based on big data technology.It uniformly stores and analyzes after through in-depth understanding of related basic theoretical techniques,and on the basis of analysis of technical architecture,system structure,and functional requirements,and it achieves the sharing and integration of massive drilling data.Then through the case analysis,it establishes the model by the support vector machine that the data is analyzed and processed to predict the drilling conditions and effectively reduce the drilling risk.Finally,it analyzes the important factors affecting the drilling process by the principal component analysis method,and it establishes regression prediction model to optimize the drilling parameters and to adjust the drilling parameters by big data technology in real time,which it achieves optimal control of the drilling process and improve drilling efficiency.
