Deep hole straightness detection is an important part of the processing of deep hole parts.Nowadays,it is mostly used in fields such as automobile engine manufacturing,aerospace,petrochemical equipment and so on.The straightness of deep holes is a technical guarantee for the implementation of quality standards;how to detect the straightness of deep holes effectively and quickly has always been a research problem in the field of machining.For this reason,under the premise of satisfying accuracy and high efficiency,this paper designs a deep hole straightness detection device and algorithm,and carries out related experimental research.This article analyzes the mechanism of the axis offset during deep hole machining from the drilling processing method,the clearance between the guide sleeve and the drill bit,and the rigidity of the drill rod,and explains the inevitability of the axis offset during deep hole processing;and describes the ultrasonic measurement method.Analyze its superiority and scope of application based on the detection principles of,light transmission measurement method,etc.In this paper,the design of the deep hole straightness detection device is completed based on the principle of three-point fixed circle and countermeasure method,and the important components are checked and selected,and a method based on three-point fixed circle,least square method,Multi-circle centering method with three methods of ellipse centering;An algorithm program based on the least square method is designed using MATLAB,and an interactive interface is designed.In the deep hole test,firstly,the UG software was used to establish the hole model,and the simulation test was carried out to verify its accuracy;secondly,the repeatability of the model was verified by the repeatability test,and the repeatability was within 0.0001?0.0041 mm.Based on the above analysis,the measuring device can meet the requirements of deep hole straightness detection.
