At present,most of the domestic drainage system is suitable for the second floor,and some auxiliary drainage system for the ground is not mature,and there are problems such as large area,complex structure,inconvenient transportation and so on.Power catwalk is a widely used drilling equipment.On one side of the catwalk rack is a pipe bridge,covered with drill tools.When drilling is needed,workers push the drill to the pipe rack.In this way,the efficiency is low,the work intensity is large,and the safety of workers can not be guaranteed.In view of the above problems,a ground automatic piping system is designed,which has the advantages of simple structure,controllable cost,convenient transportation,maintenance and strong practicability.Thus,the drilling tools can be automatically discharged into or out of the power catway,which not only improves the work efficiency,but also reduces the labor force.Based on the actual situation of ZJ70 drilling rig,this paper puts forward the scheme of ground automatic piping system.After determining the work flow and structural function of the system,the structure of pipe bridge,lifting device and transmission device is introduced in detail,and the structural parameters are analyzed and calculated.Through the statics analysis and kinematics analysis of the main components,the rationality of the design is verified.The structural strength is in the safe range,and there is no interference in the movement process.In addition,according to the functional requirements of the system,the electro-hydraulic integrated control scheme was developed,and the hydraulic system was designed.The system adopts PLC control technology,combined with wireless remote control operation.Through the output of digital quantity and analog quantity,solenoid valve,proportional valve and frequency conversion motor receive electrical signals,so that the movement of each mechanism.Select the appropriate controller and electrical components according to I/O points requirements.The system uses the communication method of Modbus RTU to realize the data transmission between the wireless remote control receiver and PLC.Finally,the whole electrical system circuit design,and use STEP 7-Microwin Smart software to write the control program of the system.Through the simulation analysis and the design of the control system,the automatic control of the ground automatic piping system has been realized,and the drilling efficiency has been improved.The single cycle working time is less than 45 s,which meets the work requirements.
