The automation and intelligence degree of underground gas drilling rig in China is not advanced enough,which caused much manual intervention,overuse of labor and low safety.More automated,efficient and safe gas drillers are on the way.The automatic connection device of gas drill is the core module of gas drill,which plays an important role in the automatic loading and unloading of drill pipe.The automatic loading and unloading of drill pipe can greatly reduce the workload of workers,and improve the efficiency of drilling and safety of workers while realizing automation.In this paper,two typical coal mine gas drilling rigs are studied firstly,and the function and structure of drill pipe(automatic)connection device on each kind of drilling rig are analyzed emphatically.The traditional working form of hydraulic chuck has been studied.This paper studies the mechanical automatic rod changing device clamp type double gripper.They can achieve a degree of automation,but not a high degree of automation.The intelligent control system of gas drilling rig is studied.The research shows that the current gas drilling rig adopts PLC control technology to realize automatic control and the technology is mature.Deep learning is combined with the visual system of the gas drill to solve the problem of automatic moving of the gas drill and intelligent selection of drilling point and anchorage point.A new type of automatic connecting front power head device for gas drilling machine is designed.The mechanical properties of the device were analyzed by the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The fatigue life of drill pipe clamping column is more than one million times,that means the fatigue failure of drill pipe clamping column will not occur.The control parameters of the power head are studied,and the control parameters of the front and rear power heads are studied.Under the condition that the drill pipe speed is 50r/min,the relationship between the speed of the rear power head and the forward speed?the speed of the speed regulating gear and the time of clamping drill pipe are obtained.A new type of drill pipe joint with improved structure is proposed.This improved design inherits the advantages of the hexagon joint rotating forward and backward,this drill pipe can realize automatic disassembly,making the disassembly of drill pipe greatly simplified and easy to use.Based on the improved structure,an automatic alignment and disassembly device is designed which is specially used for the improved joint.The device can complete the automatic alignment and disassembly of two drill pipes.The structure and working principle of the disassembly device are introduced.The mechanical properties of the automatic aligning and disassembling device are analyzed according to the actual force condition.The results show that the mechanical properties of the structure meet the actual requirements.The control parameters of the automatic alignment and disassembly device are studied,and the speed graphs and corresponding parameters of the synchronous gear,the pressure column gear and the inner cylinder are obtained.The intelligent control system of gas drill is designed based on PLC control technology.The input and output in the control of drill pipe bank and front and rear power head are studied.This paper studies the communication system of gas drill,including wired communication(RS232,RS485)and wireless communication(radio station),and studies three communication modes(free communication mode,MODBUS communication mode and EASY LINK communication mode)at the programming level,and compares their advantages and disadvantages in actual combat.The deep learning network of the gas drill is designed,and the deep learning technology is applied to the gas drill to solve the problems of automatic positioning,automatic selection of anchor point and automatic selection of drilling point of the gas drill.
