my country's oil and gas field development has entered the middle and late stages of development.Frequent workover operations have become an effective measure to increase the output of old oil and gas wells.However,the traditional use of rotary equipment for workover operations requires more supporting equipment,and the labor intensity of workers is high,the operation efficiency is low,and the transfer and transportation are inconvenient,which can no longer meet the current requirements for efficient workover operations.The application of the workover top drive device has greatly improved the efficiency of workover operations.Due to the design of the current workover top drive device,in order to improve the wide applicability of the workover operation,it is common for the design of the top drive device to have a large reserve power."Big horse-drawn cart" phenomenon.This paper proposes that under the condition of the rated matching power of the workover top drive device,a special torque increasing mechanism can be used to meet the requirements for large torque under special working conditions.A workover top drive device with stepless speed regulation and torque increase function is designed.A workover top drive device with stepless speed regulation and torque increase function is designed.The device can realize the function of increasing torque and releasing the jam by switching the operation mode when the workover is stuck.In this paper,the overall plan of the workover top drive device is designed and its three-dimensional model is established;on the basis of this model,the strength of key components is checked by Ansys software,and the kinematics and the torque increase mechanism are verified by Solid Works software.Dynamic analysis,get the relevant kinematics and dynamics analysis model and its motion and force curves;design the hydraulic circuit system of the top drive device,and simulate and analyze the dynamic performance of the hydraulic system under different loads and different moments of inertia The research results show that the total power required by the hydraulic pump in the hydraulic circuit system is within the engine power range,and the maximum output speed and working torque can meet the design requirements;the simulation results of the hydraulic system when different moments of inertia are set can be seen: As the drilling depth of the workover increases,the hydraulic system of the device can reach a stable state in a short period of time,which proves that the designed hydraulic circuit has good stability.This design solves the phenomenon that the current workover top drive device improves the adaptability by increasing the reserve power,and will bring greater economic and social benefits to the enterprise.
