In recent years,due to the influence of lotus leaf effect the special surface wettability of the object has attracted the attention of many researchers.Especially superhydrophilic and superhydrophobic surfaces have a wide range of applications in People's Daily life and industrial production due to their unique properties.Therefore,more and more scientific research institutes and companies are attracted to carry out research on super-hydrophilic and super-hydrophobic materials.Studies have shown that the main factors affecting surface wettability include surface energy,chemical composition and roughness.In this case,roughness is generally considered to be the key factor affecting surface wettability of materials.At present,the preparation methods of superhydrophilic and superhydrophobic materials mainly focus on the surface roughness of materials.Based on the bionic coupling principle,this paper used nanosecond laser to prepare micro and nano structures on the surface of aluminum plate,and starts from the surface structure to prepare the surface of superphilic/hydrophobic aluminum plate.Inprove the application of aluminum and aluminum alloys in durability,corrosion protection and water collection.The main research results are as follows:1.Using nanosecond laser,different laser scanning methods(horizontal scanning and grid scanning)etched different micro and nanostructures on the surface of aluminum plate by adjusting the scanning interval and scanning speed.It is found that different nano/micro structures have a certain influence on the hydrophilicity of aluminum plate,and the grid mode scanning method can form a relatively regular point sequence nanoarray structure on the surface of aluminum plate,which is easy to form a super-hydrophilic surface.In addition,with the decrease of scanning interval and scanning speed,the resulting surface contact Angle also decreases.2.The surface of aluminum plate after laser ablation is hydrophilic,but after heat treatment the surface of aluminum plate becomes hydrophobic or even superhydrophobic.The adhesion of water on the surface of aluminum plate can be adjusted obviously by controlling the laser processing parameters.3.A nanosecond laser is used to ablate the surfece of the aluminum plate and then the superhydrophobic surface with controlled adhesion is prepared by heating.It was found that the transition time from superhydrophilic to superhydrophobic wettability was shortened after heat treatment of laser-ablated aluminum plate.However,once the heating temperature exceeds the oxidation temperature of the organic matter,the sample immediately returns to superhydrophobicity.It can also be observed that the time required for this wettability transition decreases with the increase of the heating temperature within a certain range.To sum up,the superhydrophilic and superhydrophobic surfaces were prepared on the surface of aluminum plate by nanosecond laser.The effects of laser processing parameters,post-treatment temperature and time on the wettability of aluminum surface were discussed.This study provides a simple and rapid method for the preparation of superhydrophobic surfaces on metal surfaces,hoping to provide a potential possibility for the commercialization of superhydrophobic surfaces.
