Pumping unit is the key equipment for oil well production and the main component of oil well energy consumption.The operational efficiency of pumping system is greatly conserned.Poor liquid supply capacity of low permeability oil well is an important reason for the low operating efficiency of pumping unit.It is of great significance to reduce the operating energy consumption of pumping units in low permeability oil well and improve operating efficiency.With the goal of reducing mining cost and improving the mining efficiency for low permeability oil well,the thesis researched on the intelligent control system of pumping unit based on edge computing technology,combining intelligent pumping unit control and edge computing technology.This dissertation studied the low permeability oil well from two aspects:intermittent pumping cycle control and Stroke adjustment.Based on the control of the intermittent pumping period of the gray system,the control of the intermittent pumping period is achieved by determining the opening and closing time.Analyze the seepage characteristics and gray characteristics of the intermediate pumping well,and the GM(1,1)power model to determine the reasonable opening and closing time,so as to reduce the operating time of the pumping unit and achieve the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.Based on the adjustment and control of pump fullness,the impact of pumping unit stroke increase on downhole oil production efficiency is studied by analyzing the supply production balance characteristics at different strokes.According to the correlation between the power of the motor and the fullness of the pump during the operation of the pumping unit,the relationship between the actual power of the motor and the fullness of the pump is established.Introduce the adjustment scheme that the stroke rate changes with the pump fullness,and determine the reasonable stroke rate value in the next stage through the current stroke value and the current pump fullness,so as to improve the operation efficiency of the pumping unit and achieve the purpose of efficient production.The field operation experiments show that the designed intelligent pumping unit control system realizes the intelligent pumping control and stroke adjustment control functions of the pumping unit,which can effectively reduce the operation time of the pumping unit,improve the operation efficiency of the pumping unit,and meet the needs of oil well production.The system has important application value.
