Research And Development Of Long Stroke Linear Oil Pumping Control System

With the development of oil field pumping units, traditional beam-pumping unitscannot meet the demands of oil field development for deep pumping wells, heavy oilwells and many gas wells. As for Jidong Oilfield which is located along the coast line,the concentrated development way of artificial island is adopted generally in whichthe new-type pumping units with long stroke, low pumping and small floor space isused to replace the old beam-pumping units. This project is about the items of thelong stroke pumping units. The main work includes:1. Confirm the program of the long stroke pumping units, through thecomparison of the development of the long stroke pumping units at home and abroad.2. Fulfill the model selection of switch reluctance machine; analyze thefundamental equation of switch reluctance machine; accomplish the design of powercircuit and control circuit of the controller.3. Accomplish the selection and calculation of brake resistor; the analysis ofenergy feedback.4. Accomplish the hardware selection and design of control system, meanwhile,ensure the safety and reliability of the pumping units by the design of brake system ofpumping units.5. Finish the design of software system in this article; realize the function of datagathering, computing, displaying and communicating by establishing the softwarescheme by the state machine.6. Make the optimization and improvement of the performance of the pumpingunits by practicing and testing on the spot.The applications show that the long stroke linear oil pumping units have thecharacteristics of small size, good adaptability, easy to modulate the parameters andso on which can meet the demands of Jidong oilfield. Control cabinet with thefunctions of anti-fog, anti-saltfog and rain-proof also meets the demands of the poorworking condition in Jidong oilfield.
