With the deepening of oilfield development,the complex well conditions such as highly deviated wells and horizontal wells are increasing day by day,and the sand production of downhole reservoir is becoming more and more common.As one of the main ways of sand control in horizontal wells,sand control screen completion technology has gradually become the key of sand control technology in horizontal wells.However,the traditional casing damage detection technology based on wireline logging has been unable to meet the damage detection of horizontal downhole sand control screen.To solve this problem,based on the horizontal well sand control screen completion,this paper focuses on the horizontal well sand control screen damage detection technology based on storage transient electromagnetic method.Firstly,based on the traditional principle and method of oil and casing damage detection,the basic theory of transient electromagnetic method for sand control screen damage detection is introduced,the eccentric array method for sand control screen damage detection is proposed,and the transient electromagnetic method for sand control screen damage detection is simulated and analyzed.Aiming at the problems of traditional wireline logging,a storage type transient electromagnetic sand control screen damage detection system for horizontal wells is designed by using coiled tubing or tubing pushing tools to the target well section.On this basis,the high-temperature battery pack and low ripple power supply module of horizontal well sand control screen damage detection system are designed through power consumption analysis.The storage capacity is analyzed and the corresponding storage module is designed.In view of the coiled tubing pushing and tubing pushing,the required depth measurement systems are designed respectively.By analyzing the depth error factors produced by the storage instrument,the depth correction methods of different running methods are studied.In addition,aiming at the measurement error caused by the eccentricity of the probe and the tool,the corresponding error correction method is proposed.Finally,based on the storage transient electromagnetic detector,a large number of indoor and field tests are carried out.The test results show that the designed storage flaw detection system can realize the damage detection of sand screen pipe,including the location of damage and the discrimination of damage type.The detection resolution of sand screen tube damage can also be improved by using eccentric probe,which provides important reference information for the development of oil field.
