The sand of Qinhuangdao 33-1 South Oil Field is given priority to with mud,reservoir cementing loose,good pore connectivity,show the characteristics of high permeability,high and the field of heavy oil reservoir.Therefore,we need to consider reservoir sand production problems,and take reasonable sand control measures to realize the effective development of the oilfield.Based on sand production prediction model,the sand production prediction software is developed,and the Qinhuangdao 33-1 South Oil Field reservoir logging data has carried on the sand production prediction.Prediction results show that the oil reservoir rock cementation loose,the whole period of most of the oil reservoir in the process of production easy sand,sand control measures need to be taken to guarantee the normal production of oil Wells.Through the analysis of the adaptability of different sand control methods,and combining the Qinhuangdao 33-1 South Oil Field reservoir characteristics,geological conditions and the requirements on thermal recovery factor,the comprehensive technical and cost factors,determine the Qinhuangdao 33-1 South Oil Field Wells using sand control completion technology by sand control screens.In order to study the different screen sand control effect in thermal recovery Wells,sand control has been developed for thermal recovery of simulation test device,and using the device for Qinhuangdao 33-1 South Oil Field sand characteristics was carried out by different screen sand control effect under the action of high temperature and high pressure steam.Screen is developed the collapsing strength test device,and has carried on the collapsing strength of different screen test.According to the thermal recovery of different screen sand control experiment and collapsing strength test results,optimizing the sintered mesh screen as Qinhuangdao 33-1 South Oil Field sand control screen.In this paper,according to the prediction of sand production and sand control experiment evaluation results,formulated the Qinhuangdao 33-1 South Oil Field sand control technology solutions,late for Qinhuangdao 33-1 South Oil Field has an important guiding significance to the development and production.
