Workover under pressure refers to a new downhole operation technology of tripping string when there is pressure in the well.The pressure in the well is kept and sealed by special matching tools,which realizes the protection of oil and gas reservoir in a real sense.There are many potential safety hazards in wellhead operation,which seriously restrict the efficiency of oil and gas well maintenance and the goal of oilfield recovery and increase production.Therefore,the premise of solving the safety problem of workover operation with pressure is to detect the specific causes of complex well conditions in wellhead equipment in real time.Based on this,the main purpose of this project is to design a new endoscopic imaging detection system for wellhead equipment in the field of pressure workover,so as to put forward a new detection method and technical means for the safety monitoring of pressure operation.First of all,based on the workover under pressure and the existing well control safety detection technology,this paper analyzes the work environment under pressure,the pipe string under pressure,and the well control device.According to the application and design planning of the system in actual engineering,the system design requirements,working principles,functions to be achieved and difficulties in modular design are analyzed.Secondly,complete the functional design of each system according to the overall design plan,including hardware selection and design,software processing design,etc.Through the software,the video image is processed for image enhancement and pipe column coupling recognition.Finally,the overall performance test of the system,including the video data collection,video storage function,pressure resistance and other conventional index tests,the system can work normally.The performance and adaptability of the system are verified in the field application test.The results show that the wellhead endoscope under pressure workover can smoothly transmit the high-definition video in the wellhead device,which is real-time and intuitive,clear at a glance,improves operation efficiency,and can be used for subsequent oilfield maintenance work.Provide safety guarantee and objective basis,and provide intuitive video evidence for oil and gas well repairing and increasing production and stabilizing production.
