With the rapid growth of social economy,the domestic consumption level and consumption capacity have also increased,the domestic demand for polyester fiber continues to increase,and the production capacity of polyester staple fiber production lines is also increasing.Large-scale production lines involve many variables,complex control requirements,and high control accuracy requirements.On the basis of the author's actual work,this subject has carried out research on the electrical control system design of a large polyester staple fiber post-processing production line newly built in a polyester factory,aiming to use advanced electrical control technology to further improve the electrical control level of the production line.The main contents include:(1)Analyzed the production process and processing requirements of the polyester staple fiber post-processing production line,and completed the electrical control system design based on demand analysis results,combined with the actual situation on the site,realized the overall plan of the electrical control system of the polyester staple fiber post-processing production line design.(2)It is determined that the control system selects Siemens S7-1516-3PN/DP as the main station of the control system,and ET200 SP as the on-site distributed I/O unit,which realizes the control of each equipment of the production line.It is determined that the production line adopts the mult-unit variable frequency drive mode,and the drive unit adopts the AC-DC-AC rectifier multi-unit inverter common DC bus mode,which improves the reliability of the variable frequency system and saves power at the same time.The motor realizes the closed-loop speed control by rotating the pulse encoder.The communication scheme is compared,and it is determined that each control unit communications data through the industrial Ethernet PROFINET,and the inverter control unit and the unit communicate with the DRIVE?CLi Q bus.(3)After completing the selection of the hardware equipment of the polyester staple fiber post-processing production line and the determination of the data communication method,the main electrical control circuit design of the system is completed,and complete the hardware configuration,software programming and human-machine screen design of the system based on the TIA Portal V14 software.Use Win CC V7.4 to complete the screen design of the upper computer and realize the status monitoring of the production line.After completing the hardware and design of the electrical control system of the production line,the commissioning of the entire production is completed.In the actual production process,the electrical control system has stable and reliable performance and can meet the operation and control requirements of the polyester staple fiber post-processing production line.
