At present,the scaling phenomenon of production system caused by ASP flooding technology is becoming more and more serious.Through the investigation of a oil production plant in Daqing Oilfield,the accuracy of scale formation prediction of the current ASP flooding production wells is low,leading to the implementation effect of the adjusted scale removal and prevention scheme is poor,which is not conducive to the safe and stable production of crude oil.However,in the process of scheme adjustment,the reference data sharing degree is low,the data flow speed is slow,the business information level is low,the work flow is complex,the scheme formulation and adjustment rely on fixed expert experience,strong subjectivity,knowledge reuse is not high,which affects the application effect of scale removal and prevention scheme.Therefore,the establishment of ASP flooding scale removal and prevention scheme adjustment model,design of scale removal and prevention scheme adjustment system,timely and effective automatic formulating of scientific and accurate scale removal and prevention scheme are the urgent needs of the current oilfield scale removal and prevention work,and also the effective measures to ensure the safe and stable production of crude oil.In view of the problems in the adjustment process of the scheme mentioned above,This paper studying the mechanism of scale removal and prevention in ASP flooding,analyzing the actual work flow of scheme formulation and adjustment,designing an expert system based ASP flooding scaling and prevention scheme adjustment model,and analyzing and realizing the model composition.First of all,deeply studying the mechanism of scale removal and prevention in ASP flooding,analyzing the actual process of scheme formulation and adjustment,in allusion to formulation and adjustment process of the scheme,designing the overall framework of the scale cleaning and prevention scheme adjustment model,and analyzing the composition and feasibility of the model;Secondly,analyzing the knowledge of scale removal and prevention scheme adjustment,constructing the knowledge base of scheme adjustment according to the expert experience of scale removal and prevention scheme adjustment,and constructing a synthetic reasoning machine based on case and rule reasoning;Then,according to the principles of scheme evaluation and experts' experience,proposing an evaluation method of scale removal and prevention scheme based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and designing an automatic updating process of the knowledge base.Finally,designing and implementing the information management system of compound flooding cleaning and anti-scaling,based on the mechanism of workflow,realizing the formulation,adjustment,implementation and evaluation of the scale removal and prevention scheme.The application results show that the scale removal and prevention scheme adjustment model based on expert system under ASP flooding can better realize the formulation of the current scale removal and prevention scheme,the scale removal and prevention scheme automatically adjusted and generated by the system can timely and effectively guide the scale removal and prevention dosing personnel to carry out the scale removal and prevention work,which can greatly improve the working efficiency,delay the scaling of the production system effectively,or solve the existing scaling situation,and have a strong practical application value.
