This article outlines the flue-gas desulphurization technology development and their applications in both the domestic and abroad. It analyzes and studies the indicators of this program, and prososes a reasonable and operable second evaluation index system, weights and evaluation criterion by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory and method. The sequence of the FGD of all the manufacturers or programs obtained by comprehensively evaluating the indicators of the 2nd fuzzy synthetic evaluation index, and keeping the principle of maximum membership degree in mind. It tries to apply the mentioned model in the desulfurization program carried out by Guizhou Yaxi power plant 4 X 300MW unit, and concludes that it can not only be used in the plant, but also can get good results. As an easier comprehensive evaluation tool, this model can be preferred by all these programs or manufactures in their desulfurization project feasibility study and tender stage.
