The annular jet pump is a kind of integral machinery without moving parts,which has the obvious advantages of simple structure,high operation stability and low maintenance cost in the later stage.Compared with the traditional central jet pump,the annular jet pump is sucked into the fluid from the center of the jet pump,the working fluid will be sucked into the pump from around the fluid package coil,the inhaled fluid and the jet pump wall does not contact,especially suitable for the transmission of gas-liquid two-phase mixed fluid containing liquid droplets.However,the research on flow characteristics and non-traditional structure optimization of annular jet pump is not enough.Then,based on gas well in the process of development of mining,the bottom of the situation,based on the CFD simulation,based on theory of turbulent flow,annular jet pump system of the research was conducted on the internal flow characteristics,and the structure of annular jet pump for unconventional approach to structural optimization,thus to further enhance the performance of the annular jet pump.According to the working principle and structural characteristics of the annular jet pump,the basic performance parameters and basic equations are summarized,and the gas carrying liquid model is determined according to the actual working conditions.On the basis of the traditional annular jet pump,a new kind of cosine curve and Vitosinski curve mixing chamber is designed.The three-dimensional model of the annular jet pump was established by Solid Works,and the mesh of the model was divided by ICEM CFD.The three turbulence models were tested and verified,and the standard model was determined to be the best model for simulating the internal flow field of the annular jet pump.Finally,the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the annular jet pump was carried out by Fluent,from the perspective of the internal flow field in the annular jet pump,through the mixing chamber of conventional cone,cosine curve,Vito,Eric hinske curve type,flow rate,the relative length of throat,and a numerical simulation of the diffusion tube Angle obtained the velocity distribution cloud cloud,pressure distribution,the axial velocity,radial velocity curve,axial pressure curve,along the momentum correction coefficient and residual energy coefficient.The internal flow characteristics of annular jet pump with different structure and size are analyzed,and the pump efficiency is compared.It is concluded that the maximum efficiency of annular jet pump is 36.35% under the condition of high pressure in natural gas well.In order to verify the reliability of the three-dimensional numerical simulation presented in this paper,the performance of the new annular jet pump was further illustrated through laboratory tests.It was found that the new structure could effectively reduce the eddy current energy loss in the mixing chamber and improve the pump efficiency.The test results show that the maximum pump efficiency is 36.1%,which is close to the simulation results and verifies the reliability of the simulation results.The above results provide a theoretical basis for the performance and optimization of the new annular jet pump,and have a certain guiding significance to the field.
