TiO2 is a wide band-gap semiconductor oxide with non-toxic,chemically inert features,widely used in coatings,plastics,paper,printing ink,chemical fiber,rubber and cosmetics industries.As the development of domestic production and life and the improvement of quality demand,the demand for TiO2 in various industries is increasing.All kinds of TiO2 development and research still have broad development space and application prospect.The results show that the TiO2 array film has high photocatalytic performance because of its high photogenerated charge separation and migration efficiency,which is more favorable for recovery and secondary utilization than the powder.The morphology of arrays on TiO2 film is theoretically has a positive effect.on surface wettability.This thesis first summarizes the research significance,basic theory,and general preparation method of TiO2 film;then reviews the reserach progress of domestic and foreign TiO2 film;On this basis,TiO2 thin film is prepared by sol-gel method and its structure and proporty is studied,the main results are as follows:(1)TiO2 film is prepared by the sol-gel method on soda-lime glass,and the crystal structure,surface roughness,thickness,film structure,transmittance and degradation,contact angle of TiO2 film is measured by X-ray diffractometer,white light interfering profilometer,ellipsometer,ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer and contact angle measuring instrument,respectively.The results show that the sol-gel process has a direct effect on the structure and properties of TiO2 film.As sol aging time increases,or temperature rises,or film thickness increases,the amount of anatase structure increases,then visible light transmittance decreases,and the degradation rate of methylene blue increases.In addition,transmittance gradually shows interference phenomenon with film thickening.An innovative method for non-destructive characterization of TiO2 film structure on glass is proposed by building the film structure physical model layer by layer,which has guidance for determining the suitable thickness of TiO2 film on glass.(2)TiO2 films with arrays are prepared by sol-gel method assisted by templateing mrthod.Crystal structure,surface morphology,transmittance,degradation,contact angle,and performance of anti-fogging are measured by X-ray diffractometer,white light interfering profilometer,ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer,contact angle measuring instrument,and anti-fogging test.The results show that using polymer template can realize a uniform morphology of TiO2 arrays film.TiO2 films with different arrays are anatase structure,and show high transparency,visible light transmittance is above 76.3%.With density increase,photocatalysis of TiO2 film is enhanced.Without ultraviolet light,the contact angle is less than 10°,showing good super-hydrophilic property.Contact angle of TiO2 arrays film drops to about 0 degree in 0.3 s,showing good anti-fogging property.
