In recent years,pesticide residue detection of fruits and vegetables exceeds the national standard,which damages the health and interests of consumers.Fruits and vegetables pesticide residue detection device provides security for fruits and vegetables market,but the current device operation is complex,network traceability information credibility is low,portability is poor and man-machine experience is not good,can not meet the user needs.Therefore,this paper aims at the realization of traceability of the whole process of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables,and carries out innovative research and practice on the design of system function and user experience of the pesticide residues detection device in fruits and vegetables.Firstly,through the systematic analysis of the present situation of pesticide residue detection devices for fruits and vegetables,the types of devices,key detection technologies and traceability technologies were defined.Through the investigation method,the existing devices were investigated and analyzed,the deficiencies of the devices were summarized,and the development trends of traceability function,rapid detection function,man-machine operation experience and aesthetic experience of the whole process of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables were put forward.Secondly,the rapid detection system and the function modules of the whole process traceable system are constructed by using the modular design concept.Ergonomics is used to analyze the device modeling,so that the device has the man-machine relationship elements such as safety,applicability,aesthetics,and so on,so as to realize the humanized design requirements of the device.Finally,the rapid detection system,the whole process traceability system and the man-machine scheme were integrated to realize the innovative design practice of the whole process traceability detection device for fruits and vegetables pesticide residues.In this paper,the modular design concept was used to design the system function of the device,and the man-machine relationship was optimized by ergonomics.In order to realize the traceability of the whole process of pesticide residue information for fruits and vegetables,a more scientific and feasible method and reference were provided for the quality improvement of the existing pesticide residue detection device for fruits and vegetables.
