Drilling rigs for underground coal mine disaster prevention and control use manual loading and unloading of drill rods.Not only does the safety of the operators be poor,but also the labor intensity of the constructors is high when the drilling position is high,and it is difficult to add drill rods.In order to improve the efficiency of drilling construction,ensure the safety of operators,and respond to the requirements of the development of national coal mine equipment intelligence,a research on a clamping mechanism that can realize automatic loading and unloading of drill pipes is carried out.Based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of the various holders of ordinary drilling rigs,combined with the drilling construction process of loading and unloading drill pipes,the drill pipe clamping mechanism is designed,and the strength check and simulation analysis are carried out.The drilling is realized through research.The stable and efficient loading and unloading of the rod,the research results obtained are as follows:(1)According to the drill pipe loading and unloading process of the drilling construction,a drill pipe loading and unloading plan based on the dual gripper structure was designed,and a set of suitable automatic drilling rigs was obtained through the design or verification of key components such as cylinders and bottom plates.Clamping mechanism for loading and unloading drill rods.(2)Using finite element analysis software to check the strength of the overall structure under the four working conditions,the results show that the stress distribution of the overall structure under the four working conditions are relatively similar,and the variation range is not more than 3%;in order to reduce the weight of the mechanism,Carrying out a lightweight design,a solution that can reduce weight by 13% is obtained.(3)Use Inventor software for modeling and simplify the simulation requirements.The model is imported into ADAMS for simulation simulation.The simulation analysis results show that it meets the movement requirements when loading and unloading drill pipes.(4)Carry out test verification,by measuring the time and displacement required for the movement of slips and oscillating bodies during actual work,to verify the structural rationality of the designed clamping mechanism.Through the research on the clamping mechanism,this article has formed a more systematic research method of the clamping mechanism for automatic drilling rigs,which not only verifies the reliability of the product design,but also lays the foundation for further research on the automatic loading and unloading system of drill rods.
