| The existing coal mine drilling rig adopts manual loading and unloading drill pipe to carry out drilling pressure relief construction to prevent coal mine rock burst,resulting in a large number of construction personnel,poor construction safety,and large labor intensity of loading and unloading drill pipe.In order to ensure the safety of coal mine production,improve the efficiency of drilling and improve the working environment of construction personnel,remote automatic drilling machine without air defense is the development direction of intelligent coal mine equipment.The clamping screw unloading mechanism is an important part of the anti-impact and pressure unloading automatic drilling rig,its function is to realize automatic connection and unshackle of drill pipe by coordinating with power head,based on the traditional comparative inductive unloading drill based on the characteristics of all kinds of artificial holding mechanism,relying on the bumper automatic unloading drill subject of clamping screw discharge mechanism to do a thorough analysis and design,the main research results are as follows:(1)This thesis puts forward a kind of clamping screw unloading mechanism for drilling rig,and designs and analyzes the mechanism.The novelty of the mechanism is that the drill pipe is added from the side,which is an innovation to realize automatic loading and unloading of drill pipe,and saves more space than traditional clamping mechanism.(2)Using mechanics theory and finite element technology,the clamping mechanism was analyzed,the analysis model was established,the drill pipe analysis method for the working state of the clamping mechanism of automatic drilling machine was perfected,and the structure optimization analysis of the rear clamping guide sleeve was carried out,which met the requirement of safety factor S > 1.4.(3)Solid Works software was used to model,and the structure was simplified according to the requirements of simulation,and the model was imported into Adams for motion simulation.Simulation analysis results show that it meets the working requirements of automatic loading and unloading drill pipe,and the fast movement speed of each component reflects that the mechanism can improve drilling efficiency to a certain extent.(4)According to the design structure,a prototype was made to test and verify that the whole process of automatic drilling pipe loading and unloading was smooth and smooth.Overload test was carried out on the clamping performance of the clamping mechanism to verify the rationality of the designed clamping screw unloading mechanism.Based on the above design and analysis,this thesis puts forward a clamping and unloading mechanism scheme for a new type of automatic pressure relief drill,and forms a research method for the clamping and unloading mechanism of automatic drill,which provides reference for the future research on the clamping and unloading mechanism of automatic coal mine drill. |
