By the end of 2019,there are more than 5300 registered coal mines in China,including 44 super large coal mines of 10 million tons.Underground coal mining is a high-risk industry.Coupled with the rough operation mode,the safety situation of coal mine has been very severe.As a subsystem of coal mine,the coal mine ventilation and prevention system is an important link to ensure the safety production of coal mine.The ventilation and prevention system plays a vital role in maintaining the operation of coal mine and disaster prevention,The improvement of safety level of ventilation and prevention system is conducive to the improvement of safety level of the whole coal mine.Conscientiously implementing the comprehensive safety risk management of coal mine ventilation and prevention system has a positive impact on ensuring the life and health safety of underground personnel and ensuring the safe and stable operation of coal mine.The underground environment of coal mine is bad,the system is complex,and the quality of personnel is not high.The ventilation and prevention system also has the attributes of coal mine characteristics,and the management of each subsystem in the ventilation and prevention system is cross linked with each other,which is easy to form safety risks.The risk management of the ventilation and prevention system covers a wide range,has many management elements,and is very difficult.Aiming at the safety risks of coal mine ventilation and prevention system,based on the relevant theory of risk management,combined with the current development of coal mine ventilation and prevention system,taking each subsystem of coal mine ventilation and prevention system as the specific analysis and research object,through the field investigation and interview of D coal mine,the relevant experts of D coal mine are invited to identify the risk factors affecting the safety of D coal mine ventilation and prevention system,and on this basis,the,Based on the five elements of "personnel","machine","material","environment" and "management method",this paper classifies the identified risk factors,obtains the risk factors that affect the safety of the coal mine ventilation and prevention system,and analyzes the safety risk status of the ventilation and prevention system in detail.Based on the above identifycation results,the safety risk evaluation index system of D coal mine is constructed,Then we continue to invite relevant experts of D coal mine to score the relative importance of safety risk factors of D coal mine ventilation and prevention system,and discuss the importance results.Then we carry out the questionnaire survey of safety risk level of D coal mine ventilation and prevention system,and use AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out empirical analysis.Through scientific calculation,we get the relevant evaluation results,It is concluded that the safety risk level of the ventilation and prevention system in D coal mine is "general" and above medium.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation effect of risk management measures,risk monitoring link is added to ensure that the response measures can be adjusted according to the development of risk.
