Chinese painting technology has a long history and a complete system,and the research on traditional lacquer technology is quite mature.At the same time,the application of varnish technology in three-dimensional modeling and lacquer painting has also been explored.However,the application research on the shape,pattern,craft and artistic style of daily lacquer by changing painting technique is relatively weak.This paper studies the application of change-paint technology to the surface of daily lacquer,and tries to improve the problems of traditional change-paint technology,such as complicated operation,long period and single pattern,through process optimization.In this paper,the development of traditional varnishing technology from the Neolithic period to modern times is systematically reviewed,and the basic process of traditional varnishing technology is summarized as follows:four main steps,namely,tyre bottom painting,pattern of grain,medium coating layer and grinding and polishing.In order to inherit the traditional painting process and change the optimization of painting technology as the starting point and foothold,the unique plasticity of plastic film material is used to optimize the fetal body painting,the pattern,the middle color paint layer,to achieve the reduction of process steps and the increment of the process.This optimization scheme shortens the painting cycle and improves the efficiency of the varnish process.In terms of texture,the optimized technology makes up for the defects of the traditional varnish pattern,monotonous color and unclear layers.
