Coupling Mechanism Analysis And Optimization Of Thermal Coal Supply Chain

Has long been China’s coal price mechanism has been taking "market coal,planning,electricity" pattern,causes our country coal supply tension,with the economic globalization process is accelerated,power generation enterprise economic environment gradually hots up.International coal imports on the domestic coal industry,the influence of domestic power companies also realized that the key to realize own profit maximization is continuing to deepen cooperation with upstream and downstream of the supply chain relationship.Because our country coal resources "more east west,north south more less" the distribution characteristics of coal transportation costs accounted for the total cost of coal industry is larger proportion.So,build a scientific,reasonable and efficient coal supply chain system in the field of domestic social and economic development are extremely strong practical significance and economic significance.Referring to the basic situation of the power coal supply chain at the present stage,this paper uses Matlab2019 to establish a multi-party game model.The simulation results prove that only by establishing a highly coupling mechanism between the main enterprises at each node in the power coal supply chain can the overall value of the power coal supply chain be improved and the income of the main enterprises in each link of the power coal supply chain be improved.Secondly,in view of the process of the implementation of the coal supply chain coupling mechanism are studied,through the establishment of revenue sharing contract mechanism to mobilize the participation enthusiasm of electricity coal supply chain members,realize the maximization of the whole supply chain efficiency and through the example analysis proves that the coupling mechanism of a revenue sharing contract model to improve the supply chain as a whole and all members of the feasibility of benefit maximization.Finally,by increasing the incentive factors of the supply chain of thermal coal enterprises,the cooperation enthusiasm of the supply chain is stimulated,the coordinated development of the supply chain of thermal coal is realized,and the foundation is provided for the stable improvement of operating profit of each node enterprise of the supply chain of thermal coal.
