Mine ventilation safety is one of the important segments to ensure the safe production in coal mines.The mine air door is known as the common ventilation facility in ventilation system.It plays a key role in air flow isolation and distribution,the coal production and transportation,and other fields for the mine ventilation system.However,the traditional dampers are still employed in coal mine.There are a lot of deficiencies,such as a single control method,a low degree of automation,and the adjustment inability of the air flow in this kind of traditional damper.Manual collection and recording of air door work information is still adopted in relative coal mine enterprises.In this way,there are problems such as large data processing workload,low efficiency,chaotic information storage and low accuracy.At the same time,data management and application are not standardized enough.The ability of post data processing and safety decision-making is relatively poor.Based on the above problems,a mine air network intelligent air conditioning damper monitoring system is proposed in this thesis.The system can achieve the information collection and analysis,scientific decision-making of coal mine ventilation safety and the remote control of underground air damper.Firstly,the thesis introduces the research background and significance of the damper monitoring system.Secondly,through the investigation of the current research status of this system at home and abroad,the problems existing in underground coal mine ventilation safety are analyzed from many aspects and angles.Finally,after in-depth analysis of coal mine enterprises'demand for coal mine air flow regulation,the structure of intelligent air conditioning damper monitoring system for mine air network is proposed.In order to improve the automation level of damper control,a pneumatic-electric control structure is proposed to optimize the traditional control method.Grey correlation analysis and rough set theory are applied to reduce the attributes of the collected data.This method can not only remove redundant information data,but also simplify the network structure and improve the prediction accuracy.On this basis,a coal mine ventilation safety information feature extraction model based on improved capsule network is constructed.Based on the model,the ventilation status around the damper can be safely decided.Combined with the existing air network system in the coal mine,the system can remotely adjust the damper to meet the ventilation requirements in the coal mine.After many tests and practical applications have been applied in the circumstances of mine air door,it shows that the damper monitoring system significantly improves the level of automation of the damper and the ability of airflow control,significantly reduces the frequency of coal mine ventilation safety accidents,and provides a guarantee for coal mine safety production.Figure 41 table 8 reference 57...
