| For gear processing,gear hobbling is the most widely used method of cutting at home and abroad at present.In some countries,the number of hobbling machines accounts for 45% to 50% of the total number of all gear generators.Therefore,the hobbling machines have a great influence on the manufacturing and processing of the gear as a typical one in the manufacturing machine tool.Especially the reasonable selection and effective management of the gear hobbling machine tooling,which has important significance in the processing of the gear.However,the selection of domestic gear hobbling machine tooling is still in the stage of the process personnel to match according to their own experience.There are problems of large workload,low efficiency and the difficult of predictable and controllable of processing quality.Therefore,it has great significance to use the data in the manufacturing process and the power of computational intelligence to strengthen the decision-making process in manufacturing,realize the intelligent matching of the gear hobbling machine tooling,help manage the tooling resources in manufacturing,for rational use of tooling and improve processing efficiency and quality.To this end,this paper takes the gear hobbling machine tooling as the research object and studies the intelligent matching technology of gear hobbling machine tooling.In addition,designs and develops the intelligent selection and management system of the gear hobbling machine tooling.Firstly,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the selection and management of gear hobbling machine tooling at present.The overall goal of intelligent selection and management of tooling is put forward,according to the existing problems and the actual needs of processing enterprises.On this basis,the paper describes the management mode of tooling and the overall technology of intelligent selection method.Secondly,this paper studies the intelligent selection technology of gear hobbling machine tooling.The method consists of three parts.In the first part,the information model and matching rules of the gear hobbling machine tooling are established by studying the information characteristics of the tooling and the machining principle of the hobbling.In the second part,the matching rule base and control strategy of the gear hobbling machine tooling are established,based on the processing principle and matching rules.Then,the preliminary matching process and the corresponding matching model are established.At last,the set of candidate tooling that meets the processing task is obtained.In the third part,a decision method for the selection of tooling is proposed which is based on the grey relational analysis and the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,a case study was carried out with a gear processing workshop of a machine tool factory in Chongqing.The optimization model and matching method were applied to the actual case to prove the feasibility of the matching method,which provided a theory and technical support for the intelligent matching of gear hobbling machine tooling.Through the previous study of the overall design and key technologies,this paper has designed the intelligent selection and terminal management system in detail.First,the overall architecture of the system is designed.For the functional design of the system,the functional structure and functional model of the system are designed and described in detail.Then,the process analysis is carried out from the perspective of the processing personnel,and the database of the system is designed and described.Finally,the functions of the system are developed and implemented based on the detailed design of the previous paper.Then the functions of the system are summarized and the effects of the system development and application are demonstrated. |
