China is one of the largest shellfish farming countries in the world.Mussels,as a kind of shellfish,have become one of the main shellfish cultured in coastal areas in China due to their high yield,strong vitality,and easy breeding.The harvested mature mussels need to go through processes such as unloading,breaking up,cleaning and bagging,and finally transport to the market or half-shell mussel processing workshop.Cleaning is an important processing link,and the quality of cleaning directly affects the quality and sales price of mussels.According to field research,at present,domestic mussels are widely cleaned by vibrating equipment.There are still some attachments on the surface of the mussels after cleaning,and the cleaning effect is limited.At the same time,the vibrating cleaning method requires special mussel dispersing equipment,which causes the processing route to be too long.It is not conducive to the industrialization of mussels and the development of on-board processing models.Based on the related problems of vibration cleaning,this paper designs a processing equipment that integrates mussel breaking and cleaning.The equipment adopts the rubbing cleaning principle to further enhance the friction between the mussel surfaces and adopts special rubbing teeth.The mussels can be broken up and cleaned at the same time.The main research content of the paper is as follows:1.A processing plan that integrates mussel dispersal and cleaning procedures is proposed,which can simultaneously disperse and clean mussels after unloading seedlings;2.Physiological parameters of the thick-shelled mussels are collected.Based on the mussel samples,measure the length,width and height of the mussel shells and carry out interval frequency statistics.The statistical results are used to determine the size of the key parts of the equipment.At the same time,the spring tension gauge is used to measure the strength of the mussel foot wire.Carry out the measurement,and the measurement result will be used as the basis for the selection of the motor and the synchronous belt;3.Equipment mechanical structure design.According to actual needs,the overall size of the equipment is determined.According to the designed cleaning plan and the measurement results of the mussel size,the overall structure and parts of the equipment are modeled by Solidworks software.The main structures include: the structure of the inner and outer barrels,and the scrub teeth Structure and layout,transmission structure and overall frame structure,and at the same time use the software's interference checking function to determine the rationality of the assembly of parts and improve the design deficiencies.Based on the measurement of mussel size and foot wire strength,standard parts such as motors and transmission belts are selected;4.Finite element analysis of related components.Use the Simulation analysis module in the Solidworks software to perform static stress analysis and modal analysis on parts to ensure reliable operation of equipment parts;5.Prototype production and experiment.According to the relevant design in the early stage,the prototype is made and the prototype is tested.During the experiment,the relevant parts of the equipment are adjusted and improved according to the mussel cleaning effect.
