Objective: To explore the influence of Mytilus coruscus polysaccharides,we extracted the polysaccharides from mussels and study its biologic activity.Methods: Rough-wrought polysaccharides are extracted from Mytilus coruscus by using boiled alkali, then we dissolve it and observed the activity of the Mytilus coruscus by some index, including splenic lymphocyte transformation efficiency, delayed allergy, NK cytoactive, antibody-producing cells(AFC) activity , rate of carbon clearance , rate of peritoneal macrophage englobe chicken red blood cell (CRBC)to normal mouse ,and We also do the energometry to splenic lymphocyte (SPL) of tumor-bearing mice. We go the Mytilus coruscus polysaccharides through DEAE-52,Sephacryl S-200,and HPLC to purify it. Then we determine the activities via some indexes .It contains determine splenic lymphocyte multiplication activities of mouse via method MTT, against cellular damage from H2O2 via LDH kit.Results: We gain Rough-wrought polysaccharides of Mytilus coruscus,it have good water-solubility .The biologic activity indicate that Rough-wrought polysaccharides solution of Mytilus coruscus can increase splenic lymphocyte transformation efficiency(P<0.01), enhance delayed allergy(P<0.01),NK cytoactive , antibody-producing cells(AFC) activity(P<0.01),rate of carbon clearance(P<0.01), rate of peritoneal macrophage englobe chicken red blood cell (CRBC) to normal mice effectively(P<0.01),and it can increase effectly on the reproductive activity of splenic lymphocyte of tumour-bearing mice(P<0.01).its role of the above increased...
