China is a big country of shellfish production in the world.At present,the processing methods of Mytilus coruscus are mainly based on thermal processing.The dietary habits of foreigners need to obtain fresh mussel meat,while leaving all mussel meat on half of the shell.In order to meet this demand,the domestic market usually uses the manual method to realize the manual use of cutting tools.This method has been far from meeting the increasing mussel production and export demand.The production efficiency and processing quality of mussel need to be solved urgently.The processing of mussel mainly includes grading,cleaning,shelling,sorting and packaging.The processing of shelling takes a long time and requires a lot of labor,and it is the most important link affecting the quality of mussel meat.In order to realize the automatic shelling of Mytilus coruscus,improve the processing efficiency of mussels with thick shells and increase the export volume,this paper studies the technology of airflow impact on Mytilus coruscus,and develops an automatic shelling device for Mytilus coruscus.The main work of this paper is as follows:?1?Collection of physiological parameters of Mytilus coruscus.The geometric dimensions of mussel samples,the length and width of abdominal closure gap,and the spatial location of the posterior closure muscle were measured.The mechanical experiments of pulling off the posterior closure muscle and peeling off the shell membrane were carried out,which provided a basis for the analysis of the shelling of Mytilus coruscus and the design of key components.?2?Design and analysis of shelling scheme of Mytilus coruscus.The scheme of cutter shell-opening and air-impact half-shelling was put forward.The mechanical analysis of the process of shell-opening and half-shelling was carried out,and the key forces were measured and deduced.The range of parameter selection was provided for the design of Mytilus coruscus self-shelling equipment.?3?Design of related parts and overall control system of Mytilus coruscus automatic shelling equipment.The design of mechanical structure and start-up system are carried out respectively in the design of spare parts.The mechanical structure design mainly includes the design of fixing device,opening device,cutting device of posterior closure muscle,half-shell meat removal device and conveying device.The control system design mainly adopts the PLC of Mitsubishi F2NN to design the overall control of each link of the equipment.?4?Finite element analysis of shelling equipment of Mytilus coruscus.Finite element analysis of key parts is carried out to ensure the validity of the parts.Sixth-order modal analysis of the overall equipment is carried out to avoid the equipment failure due to the resonance caused by improper vibration frequency.CFX flow field analysis of the gas injector is carried out to obtain the fluid motion cloud chart of the gas injector.?5?Based on the principle prototype,the shelling experiment of Mytilus coruscus was carried out.According to the analysis of shelling,taking the depth of wedge cutter inserting into the shell of Mytilus coruscus and the air impact force of injector as the influencing factors,the prototype test was carried out.The experimental results were analyzed and the best experimental parameters were obtained.The shelling and meat removal performance of Mytilus coruscus shelling equipment was further optimized.
