As an important economic industry,the pollution gas produced in the smelting process has become the main source of pollution.Iron and steel smelting process can not avoid the production of pollution gas while these major sources of pollution gas obviously become the difficulties in the work of energy conservation and emission reduction.As the Ministry of Environmental Protection has become increasingly strict in the control of pollutant emissions,it has increased the supervision of iron and steel smelting,and ordered the process of iron and steel smelting to monitor the environment and detect the atmospheric emission of pollution gases regularly,so as to collect more and more data of pollution gases for analysis,facilitate the management of pollutant emissions and provide a basis for environmental protection decision-making.This paper takes iron and steel enterprises as an example to improve and study the pollution gas detection system for the treatment of pollution gas generated in the smelting process.The main contents of this paper include:(1)Analyze the source of pollution gas discharged by iron and steel smelting,introduce the status and characteristics of pollution gas discharged by iron and steel enterprises,and put forward the overall framework design of the detection system on this basis.(2)In order to make data acquisition of polluted gas more effectively,it compares various detection technologies,selects the appropriate measurement methods,designs the detection process,completes the selection of detection equipment,and improves some components of the detection equipment.Finally,I select Zig Bee technology in wireless sensor network to network and complete data communication.(3)Analyze and compare the diffusion models of polluted gas generated in the smelting process,and select the Gaussian model as the calculation model of the air pollution prediction system to provide a calculation method for data analysis.(4)Conduct demand analysis for the pollution gas emission detection system in iron and steel smelting process,and design corresponding functional modules.Siemens SERIES S7-300 PLC is used to realize the control of field equipment and design the test control program.Use WINCC configuration software to design the module interface,edit the visual system page,and realize the output and management of information.By communicating the wireless sensor network,the system uses the polluted gas sensor technology for real-time data,analyzes the data to the pollution of the gas sources of pollutants concentration distribution statistics.The concentration distribution of pollutants was counted with the system,and it combined with electronic maps to achieve pollution prediction.Besides,it can effectively improve the work efficiency of the environmental protection department of iron and steel enterprises and manage the pollution gas level,so as to help the management department of iron and steel enterprises to reduce the emission of pollution gas and take corresponding measures for pollution prevention and control.
