This paper is to develop a new testing system with advanced technologies for mini ng machines to upgrade testing equipments.The computer-controlled testing system is synthesized equipment by integrating ma ny technologies, such as hydraulic transmission, computer, sensor, proportion control. This system can adapt the former standards of Ministry of Machinery;and can be oper ated under different conditions of load from 0% to over 100% in order to imitate the w orking situation of all kinds of mining machines;and the entire data are automatically c ollected and treated by computer.After all-aspect considering the reusability and expandability of software design in the monitoring system in this paper, we mainly utilize the development technique of real-time system, Object-Oriented Design method and Direct Manipulation feature. According to the demand, we put forward a kind of an enterprise's network scheme, which accomplishes the module design of the system structure and program. And finally, we develop the software system based on ForceControl configuration software. We present the dynamic vision to user friendly, which makes the operator monitor the whole production process.The testing system has an important significance for making and repairing mining machines. It can secure coal mining having a high yield and high-activity.
