The screening technology is an essential link in the separation of ore and the production of sand-gravel aggregates,and the performance of the vibrating screening equipment is related to the quality and productivity of the beneficiation and sand-gravel aggregates.With China's economic and social development,especially the rapid development of infrastructure construction and metallurgical industry,the demand for machine-made aggregate for construction and high-quality smelting ores is increasing rapidly.With the large-scale mining and green mining of stone mine,vibration screening equipment has the development trend of high efficiency,large-scale and intelligence.This paper takes the 3Y3680 circular trajectory vibrating screen as the research object,studies the dynamics model and key design parameters of the vibrating screen,studies the motion characteristics of the vibrating screen through dynamics simulation,makes structural improvements to the damping support device and vibrating screen body based on the structure and principle of the vibrating screen,and provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the design and manufacture of the vibrating screen.The structure,working principle and screening process of the 3Y3680 Circular trajectory vibrating screen are analyzed,a mechanical model and kinetic equations are established,the trajectory,velocity and acceleration equations of the circular vibrating screen are derived,and the key design parameters of the vibrating screen are analyzed and calculated.The changes in displacement,trajectory,velocity and acceleration of the vibrating screen at different positions during the complete cycle in steady-state are analyzed by ADAMS,the reasons for the differences in the motion characteristics of the vibrating screen body at different positions are analyzed,and the relevant design parameters at different positions are calculated and analyzed.The damping support device of the vibrating screen was structurally improved,and the equivalent stiffness and equivalent damping coefficient of the improved damping support device were calculated,and the influence law on the motion characteristics,damping force and stress of the screen body of the vibrating screen under different damping parameters were analyzed.The static structural strength analysis of the vibrating screen was completed by ANSYS Workbench,and the equivalent force and deformation clouds of the screen body and side plates were obtained,and the structural improvement of the screen body was carried out according to the simulation results,and the improvement scheme effectively improved the deformation and stress distribution of the 3Y3680 Circular trajectory vibrating screen body.
