The economic loss caused by metal corrosion accounts for 3.34% of China's GDP every year.Among a wide variety of rust-proof products,water-based rust inhibitors with many advantages have attracted more and more attention as non-toxic,environmentally friendly,simple subsequent processing steps and low cost.In this study,the raw materials of antirust agents include n-octylic acid,eleven carbon dibasic acid,twelve carbon dibasic acid,boric acid,monoethanolamine,triethanolamine,benzotriazole,methyl benzotriazole nitrogen and antirust additive.An amide water-based anti-rust agent was synthesized with the selected reagents to effectively protect the steel plate from rust.We screened the selected reagents,using the single factor experiment to determine the main corrosion inhibitors.The results showed that the single group,the twelve best carbon dibasic acid antirust effect,the results showed that the longer the carbon chain antirust effect was better.The combination of n-octanoic acid and undecarboxylic acid had the best antirust effect.The antirust effect of benzotriazole was better than that of methyl benzotriazole.Through L16(45)orthogonal experiment,the best results were obtained when the mass ratio of main corrosion inhibitor n-octanoic acid,undecarbonic acid,boric acid,monoethanolamine and triethanolamine was 0.8:0.2:0.1:0.8:0.1.The water-based anti-rust agent AF was a light yellow liquid,and its working fluid was weakly alkaline.Ingredient: n-octanoic acid 30?40%;eleven carbon dibasic acid 5?10%;Boric acid1?5%;Triethanolamine 1?5%;Monoethanolamine 30?40%;Benzotriazole 1?5%;Additive E 1?5%;Additive N 1?5%;Additive P 1?5%.The water-based antirust agent had stable property,no precipitation and good defoaming property.The antirust experiment showed that single antirust test,stack antirust test and hanging antirust test had no corrosion in the standard antirust cycle.Their antirust grade was 0 and the antirust effect was good.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)test showed that the2.5% working fluid was uniform and dense in film formation on cold and hot rolled plates.The electrochemical polarization curve experiment shows that 2.5% working solution makes the two steel plates appear anodic passivation zone at room temperature,the self-corrosion current is reduced,the self-corrosion voltage is increased,and the rust inhibitor has a good adsorption capacity on the metal surface.The rust effect is excellent.Atomic force microscopy experiments showed that the samples without rust inhibitors were significantly corroded under 72 hours of damp and heat conditions.After rust prevention treatment,AFM showed no corrosion and the rust prevention effect was significant.Water-based antirust fluid AF has a good effect at room temperature,showing excellent antirust ability in hot,humid and salt fog environment.Indoor antirust experiment has no corrosion for 2 months and salt fog test has no corrosion for 72 hours.It is a non-toxic and environment-friendly water-based antirust agent.
