In today's era,industrial manufacturing is developing in the direction of high precision,digitalization and intelligence.Grinding technology is an important means to achieve highprecision processing,but most of the processing and manufacture of abrasives tools still uses traditional manufacturing methods.And with the development of rapid forming technology,laser cladding technology and laser engineered net shaping technology combining the two,has become processing more digital and intelligent.Therefore,this researche proposes the preparation of structured CBN grinding wheel based on laser engineered net shaping and the researche of the grinding performance of the grinding wheel.This preparation method breaks the limitation of the preparation of traditional grinding wheels,based on laser engineered net shaping technology and structured design of the grinding wheel,which increases the chip capacity and cooling effect of the grinding wheel,and improving the grinding quality of the grinding wheel and flexible processing of required structured effects.Therefore,this researche is of great significance to the field of abrasive manufacturing.In this paper,some researches have been made on the structured CBN grinding wheel preparation process and grinding performance based on laser engineered net shaping,and the specific work is as follows:(1)Set up build an experimental platform.Firstly,the experimental equipment was selected to form a laser engineered net shaping system for the preparation of structured CBN grinding wheels.The use of the corresponding grinding equipment and testing equipment for the structured CBN grinding wheel grinding test,detection and observation.Selected appropriate CBN abrasive grain,metal binding agent and substrate as the preparation material.(2)Determine the preparation method and process parameters.In this paper,the preparation method of structured CBN grinding wheel is a secondary cladding method.The factors affecting the quality of the grinding wheel are analyzed,and the factors affecting the quality of the grinding wheel are determined to be laser power,scanning speed,powder disk speed,powder delivery speed,Then,the influence of the above factors on the quality of the grinding wheel is analyzed by single-factor experiment,orthogonal experiment and comprehensive factor experiment.And the superior combination of process parameters is determined.(3)Microstructure analysis of grinding wheel interface.The interface morphology of the structured CBN grinding wheel was observed,and the interface elements and formation mechanism were analyzed.The analysis found that the CBN abrasive particles were uniformly distributed on the cladding layer with a high density and formed a good bond with the metal bonding agent.Ti elements were significantly enriched on the transition layer.N,B,Fe elements,and active elements Ti were all There are different degrees of diffusion.TiB2 and TiN are formed between the CBN abrasive particles and the metal bonding agent,and TiFe and Ti2Fe are formed between the metal bonding agent and the substrate.The analysis shows that a good metallurgical chemical reaction is formed between the metal binder and CBN grinding grain and the substrate.(4)The structured design of the grinding wheel.The internal cooling structure design of the grinding wheel base makes the grinding fluid directly act on the grinding area.Structured trajectory design of the grinding working layer makes the grinding fluid flow out of the grinding zone smoothly.(5)Simulation of grinding fluid flow field.The computational fluid mechanics theory of CFD flow field simulation was studied;the effects of grinding wheel speed and grinding fluid flow on the temperature of the grinding zone and the flow velocity of the grinding fluid were simulated using CFD software.(6)Grinding wheel grinding performance analysis.First,analyze the grinding mechanism of the grinding wheel,then use the grinding equipment to perform grinding experiments on the prepared structured CBN grinding wheel,and compare the experiment with the non-structural grinding wheel.Finally,evaluate the performance of the structured CBN grinding wheel through the experimental results.
